Hey Matt, I’ve held back judging Matt George until I read the book. The pod grated somewhat, nothing new there for you I guess from this ep. You tactically danced through the interview and the introduction but his brash spiel was a put off...however, finished the book and thought its Fricking great 👍🏻. The spiel is in there, woven into the articles but it works in print, and when not about himself. Top one...might even go back to the pod and give it another go. Keep up the good work 🤙🏻
I mean, he's a really good writer. And I think it lands better across the other side of the pond. As you say though, that 'brash spiel' just seemed a little misjudged. I did like the guy tho for what that's worth 🤷♀️
